How it Works



Event: Volvo Ocean Race
Location: 11 cities across 5 continents

For the 12th edition of the round-the-world yacht race, Volvo Ocean Race were looking for a way to engage and entertain guests to their Race Villages while highlighting one of their key sponsors, Inmarsat.

Easily transportable, TapSnap was set up near the trophy and leader board, and promoted as a way for guests to “impress [their] friends with a selfie pic holding the magnificent Volvo Ocean Race trophy”.

Using our green screen technology, visitors were transported to the decks of competing boats to take their photos, which they then shared to social media with the Volvo Ocean Race’s logo on full display.

Regal Cinemas

Event: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 Premiere
Location: 26 cities

To promote the premiere of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, as well as their sponsor, CenturyLink, Regal Cinemas were looking for a fully branded experience to give excited winners a memorable time and a fun take home.

The challenge was that the premiere was to happen on the same day in 26 cities around the United States. Luckily for Regal, TapSnap has locations everywhere! All they had to do was tell us what they wanted and when, and then we took care of the rest.

Every step of the TapSnap experience was customised, from the kiosk itself, to the screen, email, background, and photo border.


Event: Pepsi Presents Concert Series
Location: Guatemala City

Pepsi Latin America came to TapSnap because they wanted a way to engage with fans at their Guatemala City concert series. Using green screens and digital props of the artists, concert goers were able to have their pictures taken with their favourite pop stars which were then shared to social media.

National Cattlemen’s Beef Association

Event: NCBA Trade Show
Location: Multiple cities

Looking to increase their social media presence and to improve engagement with their membership base, the NCBA turned to TapSnap to help get the word out about their #beefmeet.

By having us at their trade shows, the NCBA is not only able to promote their hashtag, they also demonstrate the importance and power of social media to their members.

TapSnap has now joined the NCBA at their trade shows in Nashville, San Antonio, and San Diego, each year adding new features and services to spotlight their show and sponsors. We look forward to working with them again in 2017 in Nashville.


Event: Convention Circuit
Location: 6 cities

From November 2015 to November 2016, Brasseler hits the road and travels around the country visiting dental meetings and conventions. Wanting to make their booth ‘the booth to visit’, they decided to bring TapSnap along.

Not only are we a fun and interactive draw for booths, but we also have locations around North America, meaning Brasseler only has to coordinate with one point of contact and they know they’re going to get a consistent experience every time.

Cricket Wireless

Event: In-store Promotion
Location: 7 cities

When Cricket Wireless wanted to promote their new cell phone plans while celebrating Halloween they used TapSnap’s spooky green screens to create a fun and memorable in-store experience for their customers.

Not only did TapSnap provide the entertainment, but we were also able to help capture their guests contact information so that Cricket could keep them up to date on all of their promotions.
